Dealing with insurance companies and getting quotes is not a fun thing to do as I am sure everyone knows. Insurance prices go up and down but what I look for in a company is customer service plain and simple. The people at Wright Insurance flat out changed the way I view the insurance industry, which from my experience has not been good. Most insurance companies want a quick dollar and they are extremely pushy to get the sale done. The people at Wright Insurance took their time to get to know me personally and even offered to review my current policy to let me know I was covered properly. As far as I am concerned their customer service is the best in the business and I am a customer for life.

I was able to speak with the owner directly and I asked him to review my current policy. He did not even know if I was planning on giving him business or not and still helped me! He looked over my policy, asked me numerous questions and I then realized I was not covered properly. He then got me a quote for my home insurance and beat the price I was paying; but more importantly, he got me the proper coverage!
